Barton Reading and Spelling

After discovering that our eldest son was dyslexic, we began searching for the best way to help him develop his reading and spelling skills. Although the Barton System was much more costly than others, the reviews (and awards) attributed to the Barton System was enough to cause us to invest - I AM SO GLAD WE DID! Now, we are using the Barton Reading and Spelling System to teach our remaining children to read and spell. The thought is, if there are others who are on the dyslexia spectrum we will be able to address their needs immediately instead of waiting for the more traditional methods to fail first. As a homeschooling mom, I am still able to meet the needs of ALL my children when it comes to their reading skill. This is most certainly a program that is well worth the cost.
